Heshan® instant noodle production line is the equipment for the continuous production process of pre-packaged convenience food noodles and vermicelli using wheat flour, rice or starch as the main raw materials, with or without auxiliary materials. The Heshan instant noodle production line is a complete set of equipment consists of individual noodle machines. We make both the fried instant noodle production line and the non-fried (heated air drying process) instant noodle lines.

The Instant Noodle Machine, The Instant Noodle Production Line, And The Conveyor System

The conveyor system is critical for the smooth operation of the automatic instant noodle production line. We provide China's quality alternative to Hytrol conveyors and Flexlink conveyors that are widely used in the instant noodle processing as well as in other trades of manufacturing industries. There are multiple stages during the instant noodle making process and different conveyors are required to transfer the material in between the instant noodle machines:


1. Flour in bags from storage to the noodle production line


We recommend using roller conveyor to move the flour in bags to the site where the instant noodle machine assembly is located. Alternatively, forklifts can also be used.


2. Transfer the flour on the ground level to the mixer


Screw conveyor is appropriate to transfer the flour to the mixer.


Structural features of the screw conveyor


1) The screw shaft and hanging bearings, head, tail shaft connection are embedded tongue, which means the installation and demolition can be done without axial movement resulting easy maintenance.


2) With variable-diameter structure, the volume of the hanging bearing is increase to avoid hanging bearing and material contact hence prolonging the lifespan of the bearing.


3. The mesh conveyor as an integrated part the noodle steamer of the instant noodle machine assembly


4. Noodle case conveyor which is an integrated part the noodle deep fryer of the instant noodle machine assembly


5. Noodle case conveyor which is an integrated part the noodle cooling chamber of the instant noodle machine assembly

This is the instant noodle processing line that makes the standard ramen instant noodles by steaming and deep frying process. It is compatible to the Mama, NongShim, Nissin and Indomie heinstant noodle line. The final product of this line is fried instant noodles packed in bowls. The production line processes up to 45 tons of wheat flour per day. We adopted the most up to date technology and the process is fully automatic. Only 14 operators are needed to run the whole instant noodle plant. 

Amazing Heshan Instant Noodle Machine In Germany - Hot-air-dried, Non-fried Instant Noodle Production Line

We provide two types of lines - one produces noodle blocks that are meant to be boiled for 4-5 minutes before serving; the other makes highly dextrinized dehydrated noodles that are ready to serve by being soaked in hot water for 3 minutes. This is the heated-air-dried, non-fried instant noodle production line built by us. This production line features vacuum dough mixing, multi-layer steamer and multi-layer heated-air-dryer. The product instant noodles have to be cooked for 4-6 minutes before serving. Dry instant noodles are healthier and less expensive to produce.

This piece of equipment is the relative rotational movement of paired cutters with concave and convex grooves with mutually meshing and equal spacing, the dough sheet are cut into longitudinal noodles.

Instant Noodle Production Line Unit V - Cooking

When raw noodles are heated for a certain period of time, the starch in the noodles will be gelatinized by the heat, that is, the starch in the beta state will be transformed into the alpha state. At the same time, the protein in the raw noodles is denatured by heat. This makes the noodles become cooked. Process requirements: The alpha degree of fried instant noodles is above 85%.

Steamer is the standard instant noodle cooking machine. We provide both multi-layer steamers and single-layer steamers. Boiling cookers may also be used in fresh instant noodle making and Yee Mee instant noodle processing.

Instant Noodle Production Line Unit VI - Noodle Length Cutting and Placement Noodles in Trays

The cooked noodles coming out of the instant noodle steaming machine are cut to set lengths, folded in half to form square noodle blocks or converted into round shape; and then the noodle blocks are arranged in rows and sent to boxes, known as noodle trays to be ready to transfer to the deep frying machine or the heated air dryer.

Instant Noodle Production Line Unit VII - Optional Deep Frying

Place the quantitatively cut noodle blocks in the closed space formed by the noodle trays with lids, and continuously pass the noodles through the high-temperature oil tank. Water in the noodle blocks is quickly vaporized, forming porous structures in the noodles; and during the process, the gelatinization degree of the starch in noodles is stabilize, and the shape of noodle blocks are fixed; and the protein is deeply denatured, then the flavor of the noodles is improved.

Optionally the dehydration of precooked noodles takes place in the heated air dryer. It is said that hot-air-dried instant noodles are healthier than fried instant noodles. This is the standard unit operation for heated-air-dried instant noodle production. It is also possible to use cabinet type dryer for small scale batch production of dry noodles. Heated-air-dried instant noodles made by this instant noodle production line are sold in east Asian market are usually labeled as cooking noodles.

The automatic instant rice noodle production line includes the rice milling equipment. This process is suitable to make Cantonese style dry rice instant noodle. Automatic Fresh Wet Rice Noodle Machines

Heshan fresh rice noodle machines automatically produce fresh rice noodle strips or rolls through a series of process shown in the flowsheet bellow. Heshan Instant Noodle Production Line

The fried instant noodle machine or the non-fried instant noodle machine makes instant noodles through a series of of process of firstly, dough making by brine mixing and metering device, double mixer; secondly, noodle forming by the compound calendering in the instant noodle making machine of compound rolling and continuous rolling, instant noodle machine noodle strip cutting; thirdly noodle cooking (in instant noodle machine multi-layer steamer); fourthly noodle block cutting and folding (optionally noodle length cutting and cupping when cupped or bowled instant noodles are the desired final products); fifthly, frying or optionally hot-air-drying in the case of non-fried machine; and finally the noodles are cooled in the instant noodle machine air cooling devices, and the final products are ready for Conveying and packaging.
